We are located in the F Sector of the Industrial Area in Govindpur. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't used to the industrial zones, but it is where all the action happens. The unit at 6-A is where we spend most of our time. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with the equipment we need for the electrical work. Since we are usually busy in the back, there isn't a receptionist or a big waiting room. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a tight-knit group of people here. Most of us know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Things are kept pretty simple. If a customer calls, one of us picks up the phone and tries to figure out what they need. No automated system exists here. The floors are a bit scuffed up from moving heavy crates around, but that's just part of the job. A stash of tea and biscuits is kept in the small break area for when things get stressful. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the neighbors are running their big machines, but we are used to the noise.
