Vcare Medisolutions

Vcare Medisolutions is our little shop over at Fortune Delight on Hoshangabad Road in Ahmadpur. It’s shop number 2 in the A-4 section. We mostly sell medical supplies and equipment that people need for their homes or small clinics. It’s not a massive warehouse, but we try to keep the important stuff in stock so people don’t have to wait forever. Most days it’s just one or two of us behind the counter. We talk to a lot of families who are looking after sick relatives, so we hear a lot of stories. It makes the work feel a bit more personal than just selling boxes. We know the equipment can be confusing, so we spend a lot of time showing people how things work. The shop can get a bit crowded with all the boxes of gloves and monitors, but we know where everything is. Hoshangabad Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise outside, but inside we try to keep things calm. We aren't some big medical chain. We are just a local spot where you can get what you need without a lot of hassle. Sometimes we have to order things in, and that takes a few days, but we always call as soon as it arrives. We’ve been in this Ahmadpur spot for a while and have gotten to know the regular faces. It’s just honest work helping folks get their health supplies and making sure they know how to use them safely.
