Fentech Impex India Private Limited is our office in the Koh E Fiza area of Bhopal. We are specifically located at C-198 in the BDA Colony, right across from the Ashyana Complex. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. Our business is mostly about import and export, which means a lot of our day is spent on the phone with customs agents or checking on shipping status. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of staff. It’s just a small group of us working out of this office. We don't have any marketing experts or a sales team. We just rely on our reputation and the people we have worked with over the years. Koh E Fiza is a nice place to be, and our office is just a simple, functional space. We don't try to use big words or sound more important than we are. The work can be stressful when things get delayed at the border, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We’ve learned to be patient and just keep pushing until the job is done. We are just regular people in Bhopal trying to run a decent business. We don't have any big corporate mission; we just want to do our work well.
