Our small office is located at E-3 in Arera Colony. It’s a quieter part of the neighborhood compared to the main markets, which we like. We work on fabric arts and various design projects. It’s not a factory; it’s more of a space where we look at patterns and figure out how to put things together. The tables are usually covered in sketches, fabric swatches, and measuring tapes. We spend a lot of time discussing how a certain design will look once it's finished. It can get a bit messy with threads and scrap pieces of cloth everywhere on the floor. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who enjoy working with textiles. People from around Arera Colony sometimes drop in to see what we are working on. We don't have a fancy showroom, just this workspace where the creative side happens. It’s a lot of trial and error to get the colors and textures right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, drinking tea and trying to finish the fine details. We’ve been here at E-3 for some time and have become part of the local scene. We don't do much in terms of advertising; most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who know us personally. It’s a relaxed environment, though we do take the actual craft quite seriously. We just want to make things that look decent and serve their purpose well for whoever needs them.
