EASTERN ELECTRICALS

Our shop is number 14-B in the Govindpura Industrial Area. It’s a place where you really see the grit of the city, with workshops and factories all around us. Eastern Electricals has been here for years, and we’ve become a bit of a staple for the local workers who need parts. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a counter and rows of shelves filled with electrical components, wires, and tools. Everything is a bit dusty because of the industrial setting, but we know exactly where every single fuse and switch is located. We don't have a big sales team or a marketing department. It’s usually just one of us behind the counter helping whoever walks in. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors because, in a lot of cases, they are. The morning starts with unloading new supplies and ends with us tidying up the shop for the next day. It’s hard work and it can get quite loud with the machines running in the nearby units, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We aren't looking to expand into some giant chain; we like being the local shop that people can rely on for their electrical needs. We just do the work, keep the books straight, and try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door. It is a simple way to earn a living.
