If you’re walking down Hamidia Road in Bhopal, you might see Durga Shakti Travels at number 5. We are located right near the famous Manohar Dairy. Almost everyone knows where the dairy is, so finding us isn’t usually a problem. Being on Hamidia Road means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a very busy street with people, cars, and bikes moving all day long. Our office is simple and practical. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech displays. We just have our chairs, a desk, and the travel logs. We spend our time helping people with their travel plans, whether it’s a short trip or something longer. Since we’re near Manohar Dairy, we often go there for a quick snack or tea during the day. The noise from the road is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels like the heart of the city here. We talk to all kinds of people, from students to families. We don’t try to sell them things they don’t need. We just tell them what’s available and what it costs. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the cars arrive on time and the passengers are happy. Sometimes the traffic outside makes things a bit slow, but that’s just life on Hamidia Road. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars know our faces.
