Dreamshacks

We are located at House Number 71 in Sahayog Vihar. It’s part of the Gulmohar Colony area, which is pretty close to Aura Mall. If you are in that neighborhood, you’ve probably passed by our street without realizing it. We started Dreamshacks because we wanted to do something local in the housing space. It’s a small operation run out of a regular house, which keeps things simple for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us working on a laptop in the front room. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live and what kind of place they are looking for. The Gulmohar area is quite nice and green, so we like being based here. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a contract, but that’s just life in a residential office. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bhopal. We just want to help people find a decent place to stay or build. We know the streets around here very well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to look at different properties. It’s a lot of legwork. We keep it practical and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s just a normal business in a normal neighborhood, and we like the pace of it.
