Doctor Plus Helpline

Our office is in Arera Hills, right inside the Badri Mahal building. It is labeled as Z-20 and we are near the Chittod Complex. Bhopal is a big city and people often get confused about where to go for medical help. That is why Doctor Plus Helpline exists. We spend most of our day on the phones or checking our computer lists. The office is not very big, just some desks and chairs. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. Arera Hills, Bhopal - 462011 is a busy part of town so there is always something going on outside. We aren't a hospital ourselves, just a place that gives out information. Sometimes people walk in thinking we have doctors here, but we just point them to the right phone number. It is a bit of a desk job, honestly. We have files piled up on some of the shelves. The air conditioner makes a weird humming sound but it keeps us cool in the summer. We have been in this Badri Mahal spot for some time. Most of us take the bus to work. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception area. Just a group of people working the phones and helping folks find the care they need in Bhopal. It stays busy from morning till evening and we try our best to keep all the information updated.
