Doctar Nisha Shrivastawa

I am Doctar Nisha Shrivastawa and I am located at number 8 in the Jai Prakash District Hospital in Bhopal. My workspace is right on the Main Road, which makes it very accessible for everyone in the city. Working in a district hospital means things are always moving and there is never a dull moment. I have been here for a good while, seeing all sorts of people come through the doors. The hospital environment is busy, but I try to keep my own area organized. It is not a private luxury clinic, it is a public space meant for service. I use simple tools and follow a regular schedule. Bhopal is a large city and being on the Main Road means I see the pulse of it every day. The noise of traffic is a constant background sound. I don't have a team of marketing people writing for me. I am just writing this to let people know where I am. The room is basic with the necessary medical equipment and a few chairs for visitors. I spend most of my daylight hours here. It is a demanding job but it feels right to be here at Jai Prakash. There is a lot of history in these buildings. I just show up, do my work, and help whoever is waiting in the corridor. It is a very practical life without any frills or fancy promises. Just a doctor in a hospital on a busy road doing what I was trained to do.
