D R Soni & Company is located at 42/1 Sheela Sadan in the T T Nagar area of Bhopal. We are directly opposite the Rang Mahal Cinema, which is a landmark that everyone around here knows. Being so close to New Market means there is never a dull moment. You can hear the crowds and the movies from time to time. Our office is a bit more traditional. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the way we work, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We deal with a lot of local clients who have been coming to us for years. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction, which we prefer over just sending emails back and forth. We handle the usual range of accounting tasks, from basic bookkeeping to the more complicated stuff that comes up during tax season. The building, Sheela Sadan, has a lot of character, and we’ve made ourselves at home here. It’s not a shiny new office tower, but it’s sturdy and it serves our needs. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. We drink a lot of chai and spend our afternoons looking at balance sheets. It is a steady way of life. We don’t try to promise anything fancy. We just stay here in our corner of T T Nagar and do what needs doing for our clients.
