Our office is located at Ganesh Chowk in the Kothi Bazar area. Specifically, we are at 10315, care of Shri Mustak M. Momosi near the Murgi Chowk. This part of town is very traditional, with narrow streets and lots of small shops packed together. It’s a lively place to be, though it can be a bit of a squeeze if you’re driving a larger vehicle through the bazaar. CRAFTVISION HANDICRAFT PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED is right in the heart of this activity. We work out of a space that has been around for quite a while. It’s not a modern corporate office; it feels more like a part of the local community. There is always the sound of people bargaining outside and the smell of street food nearby. We spend our time coordinating with the producers and looking over the handicraft items that come through our doors. The office itself is full of ledgers and samples of the work being done. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the alleyways. We’ve become a fixture at Ganesh Chowk, and most of the other shopkeepers are our friends. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy way to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the handicrafts are managed properly. It is just how things are done here in Kothi Bazar.
