We are located in Shop No- 6 at Goyal Niketan, which is part of the Preet Complex in M. P. Nagar Z-1. This is a very active part of Bhopal, and there is always something going on in the complex. Our shop is one of those places where the floor might have a bit of oil on it and the walls are lined with old shelves holding various parts. We have been in Z-1 for quite a while now, and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Our routine is pretty much the same every day; we open up, sweep the front, and then start looking at what needs to be fixed. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a small cabin area where we keep the paperwork. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't go for fancy talk or expensive decorations. We just get the work done. Sometimes it takes a bit longer if we have to wait for a part to arrive from across town, but we always tell people how it is. We don't like to overcomplicate things. If a car has a problem, we find it and we fix it using what we have. It is a honest day's work and we like being our own bosses here.
