Chirayu Medical College & Hospital

This place is right out on the Bhopal-Indore Highway, close to Bairagarh. It’s a big campus because we have both the medical college and the hospital side by side. Being on the highway means there is always something going on, whether it’s an ambulance pulling in or students rushing to their next class. We see a lot of people from the surrounding towns and the city too. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how it is with a college and a hospital combined. Most of us here are either teaching, learning, or looking after patients. The halls are usually full of people and the sound of bells or announcements. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Working here means you get used to the noise of the highway traffic in the background. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the wards and the classrooms. We’ve got doctors, nurses, and students all mixing together. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just charts and schedules. People come here because they need help or they want to become doctors, and we just provide the space and the staff for that to happen. It’s a busy, functional spot that serves a lot of people every single day without much fuss. There are always people coming and going at all hours, so the building never really sleeps.
