Channel Four

M.P. Nagar is always a bit of a mess with all the traffic and the people heading to the bank. Our place, Channel Four, is at Plot No Z-6 in Zone 1. If you know where the HDFC Bank is, you can find us pretty easily, though parking is usually a headache around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, just dealing with the daily grind of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a few desks where we handle things. It gets pretty loud during the day because of the construction nearby and the horns honking outside on the main road. I usually have a cup of tea around four o’clock from the guy who walks around with the kettle. That’s the best part of the day, really. We don't do anything too fancy, just regular work for regular people. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It is a bit cramped with all the files and the stock we have to keep, but we make it work. Most of our neighbors are in the same boat, just trying to get through the list of chores and orders. I try to keep the place organized, but it never stays that way for long. Someone always moves something or a new delivery arrives and blocks the walkway. It is just the way a busy office in a place like Bhopal goes.
