Central Hospital And Research Centre

Our building is number 77 on Tajur Masjid Road. It is an area that stays active from early morning until late at night. The hospital is a fairly large building compared to some of the others on the street. We have several floors where different departments are located. It’s not a brand-new glass tower; it’s a solid, older building that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have a research side to what we do, which means there are often people in white coats walking around with clipboards and looking at data. The main entrance stays busy with people coming in for their appointments or visiting family members. We have a lot of hallways that can be a bit confusing if you are here for the first time. The staff tries to help people find their way. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. Instead, we have rows of chairs and a small canteen that serves basic meals. The walls are mostly covered with charts and notices. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans and some cooling units in the rooms. We’ve been part of this street for a long time now. Most of the people working here live nearby and walk to work. We just focus on the patients and the studies we are doing. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
