Our place is located at House Number 22 in Govindpura, which is right near Super Shadehal. It's an old house that we turned into a poly clinic so it feels a bit more like a home than a big hospital. We have different doctors coming in at different times. Some days it is busy with kids and other days it is mostly older folks coming for their blood pressure checks. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the shops nearby. Since we are Luckhnavi, we like to talk a bit with everyone who comes through the door. It isn't just about the medicine; it's about knowing who is who in the neighborhood. We keep our records in big folders and the waiting room has some plastic chairs that have seen better days. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the house, but we have the fans going. Most people find us because they live just a few streets away. We don't have a big fancy reception desk, just a wooden table where you sign in. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the turn near the shadehal and keep going straight. We try to help out whoever walks in, whether it’s for a fever or something else that’s bothering them. It’s just how we run things here in the middle of Govindpura.
