You’ll find us over at Nit No 3 on the Raisen Bypass Road. We are pretty close to the old Kapda Mill in the Chandbad area. Most people know the Bhopal Memorial Hospital Trust & Research Centre because of its location near the mill. It’s an industrial sort of part of town, so there are always trucks and workers moving around outside. The facility itself is quite spread out. We do a mix of regular hospital work and a lot of specialized research. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of Bhopal, but the bypass makes it easier for those coming from outside. The floors are often being mopped, so you have to watch your step. We have a lot of staff who have been with the trust for a long time. It’s a practical environment without any unnecessary decorations. The waiting rooms have simple benches and the windows look out toward the road. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic from Chandbad passing by, but we try to keep it clean inside. We deal with a lot of files and records every day. It’s a big operation to manage, but we just take it one shift at a time. If you see the Kapda Mill, you know you’re almost at our gate. We don't make things complicated, we just stay busy with the work.
