Bansal Hospital

Bansal Hospital is located in Arera Colony in Bhopal, near the Manisha Market. This area is quite central, so we get people from all over the city. The hospital is a fairly large building and we have different departments for various health needs. It’s been here for quite some time now. The lobby is usually full of people waiting, and there is a constant hum of activity from the nurses and doctors moving around. Arera Colony is a nice place to work. We have a lot of rooms and the layout can be a bit confusing if you are new, but we have signs up to help. It isn't a corporate chain hospital; it feels more like a local institution. The furniture in the waiting areas has seen some use over the years, but it is sturdy. We deal with everything from minor accidents to more serious stays. The kitchen prepares meals for the patients, and you can usually smell whatever they are cooking around lunchtime. We try to keep things running smoothly, even on the days when the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator. It is a busy, lived-in hospital that serves the neighborhood. People know us here, and we know many of them who come back for regular checkups. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and looking after whoever needs help.
