You can find Baghel & Company right there in Panchwati Colony, not too far from the Government College on the Faridabad Road. Being near the college means there are always students walking by and a lot of noise from the main road traffic, especially during the morning rush. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork and meet with anyone who drops in. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning in every room or leather chairs. We have some old wooden desks and a lot of files stacked up because we still like to keep physical copies of everything. Sometimes the noise from the Faridabad Road makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a small crew here, and we handle a bit of everything ourselves, from answering the door to cleaning the floors at the end of the day. The building is older, and you can see the wear on the steps, but it serves us well enough for what we need to do. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we’re more concerned with making sure the day’s work gets finished before we head home. It’s a local business, and we like being part of the Panchwati neighborhood, even if the traffic is a headache.
