Avores Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located at House No. 47 in Krishna Pura, Dewas. It’s a very normal-looking house on a normal street. If you walked past, you might not even realize it’s a pharmaceutical office until you see the small plate on the door. Working in Dewas is a bit slower than the big cities, which we don't mind at all. The 455001 area is where we’ve set up shop. The office inside is just a few rooms with basic furniture—nothing fancy or expensive. We have a lot of storage space in the back for the products we handle. Every morning, we sweep out the front and get the computers started. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. It’s tedious work sometimes, but it’s what we do. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or people calling out to each other in the street. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves without needing a big management system. It’s just us, some desks, and a whole lot of medicine boxes. There is always a stack of paperwork to get through by the end of the week, but we manage.
