Bhopal Steel

We are located over at Plot 61 in Iqbal Nagar, right near Hotel Manpreet. It’s a pretty easy place to find because the hotel is a big landmark for people around here. Our yard is usually full of steel in all sorts of shapes and sizes. We deal with a lot of heavy metal, so there is always the sound of things clanging together or trucks being loaded up. Working with steel means your hands are almost always greasy or covered in rust dust, but we don’t mind that much. It’s just the nature of the business. We get a lot of guys coming in looking for specific pieces for their construction jobs or small workshops. The sun beats down on the metal in the afternoon and it gets incredibly hot out there, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We aren't a big corporate outfit, just a bunch of guys who know our way around a steel yard. Sometimes we sit over by the entrance and watch the traffic going toward the hotel while we wait for the next truck to arrive. It’s a simple life and the work is straightforward. We just make sure we have the stock people need and get it out the door without too much fuss. It is a bit messy and loud, but it’s our daily routine.
