Arpan Clinic

If you head toward Chetak Bridge in Bhopal, you’ll find us in the Housing Board Shopping Complex at Gautam Nagar. Arpan Clinic is in Shop No 26/27. It’s a solid location because the complex has everything people need, so they often stop by while running other errands. The bridge traffic is always a constant sound in the background, but inside, we try to keep things calm. We’ve been in these two shop units for a while. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve arranged the benches so there’s enough room for everyone to sit while they wait. We see a lot of families from the housing board area. It’s a bit like a community hub. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. I just write the notes and talk to the people who come in. Some days are slow, and I might sit and read the paper for a bit, but then you get those afternoons where five people show up at once. It’s just the nature of the job. Being near the bridge makes it easy for people to explain where we are to their relatives. We keep things simple here. No complicated forms or high-tech gadgets that nobody knows how to use. Just a regular clinic for regular people in Gautam Nagar. We are happy to be a part of the neighborhood here and help where we can.
