We’re over in Arera Colony, E 3 Mig 1 specifically. Devsons Developers isn't one of those massive companies with glass buildings. We work out of a more modest office here in Bhopal. Most of our time isn't even spent in the office; we’re usually out at the sites checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials arrived on time. Construction is a messy business, and there’s always something that doesn't go according to the plan, like rain or a delivery delay. We deal with all that stuff every day. We’ve been around this part of Bhopal for a while, so we know the local rules and how things work around here. It’s mostly about making sure the houses or buildings we work on are solid and done right. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes we have to sit down with people and explain why a certain pipe has to go here or why a wall needs more support. It’s practical, everyday stuff. The office is usually full of blueprints and empty tea cups. We just keep at it, one project at a time, making sure things get finished. It’s a lot of work, and seeing a building actually get done is a good feeling. We aren't perfect, but we try to do right by the people who hire us to build their homes. It's a tough trade but we really like seeing things grow.
