You can find us at Nirupam Shopping Mall, specifically at shop number 24. We are right on Hoshangabad Road. Being in a mall is a bit different than being in an industrial area, but we still do the same kind of work. We deal with safety equipment for all sorts of companies. The mall has its own rhythm, with people coming in more towards the evening. During the day, it can be a bit quiet, which gives us time to catch up on the inventory. We have a small space, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes we have to go out to the parking lot to meet a delivery because the loading dock is full. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. The air conditioning in the mall is nice, especially during the summer, but it still gets tiring being on your feet all day. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us answering the phone and helping whoever walks through the door. We keep a ledger for the daily sales and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Most of our day is spent making sure we have enough stock for the next week. We’re just a small part of the mall, doing our thing day in and day out on Hoshangabad Road. It’s just how we get things done here.
