If you go up to the third floor at Plot No. 42 in MP Nagar Zone-1, you’ll find us. We’re right near Hotel Sangat Plaza. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always people coming and going. At Ans Naukri Dot Com, we spend most of our time on computers looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s not a glamorous job but it’s important to the folks who walk through our door. The office is usually full of papers and the phones ring more than we’d like sometimes. We try to keep things simple. Someone needs a job, and someone else needs a worker, so we try to bridge that gap. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy HR talk. We just listen to what people can do and see where they might fit. Sometimes it works out fast and other times it takes a lot of searching. MP Nagar is a good place to be because everyone knows how to find it. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen all sorts of people looking for all sorts of careers. It’s just us doing our bit to help things move along. We don’t have any secret formulas, just a lot of lists and a lot of phone calls every day. It’s about helping people find a way to earn a living. We just keep the files organized and do our best.
