Ampee Construction Equipment Private Limited is based out of Ch Technology. It sounds like a big name, but we are just a group of people working with heavy machinery and construction gear. The office is tucked away and isn't very easy to spot if you aren't looking for it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in manuals and parts catalogs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the back checking the equipment. It’s a lot of metal and oil and hard work. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any corporate goals plastered on the walls. Our main goal is just to make sure the machines are ready when they need to be. The crew is a mix of older guys who know everything about engines and younger ones who are still learning. We get a lot of dirt under our fingernails, and the coffee is usually cold by the time we get to drink it. It’s a practical business. We deal with real problems like broken hydraulic lines or missing bolts. We don't have time for polished presentations. People come to us because they know we have the equipment and we don't talk in circles. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far at Ch Technology. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, handling whatever comes our way.
