Aditya Medico is tucked into a busy spot at 228 Quarter near Geetanjali Chowk. It is right by Karamchari Bhavan and Jawahar Chowk, which means there are always people walking past. Finding the shop can be a bit tricky if you are not from around here because the quarters all look a bit similar, but once you find 228, you are there. The area stays pretty active with government workers and folks living nearby. We have got medicine for just about everything people usually need. The shop itself is small. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit on if they have to wait for us to find a specific box in the back. The walls are covered in cupboards. We do not use a computer for everything; a lot of it is just knowing where things are stored. It gets busy during the lunch hour when people from the offices come out. Jawahar Chowk is a landmark most people know, so we just tell them to head towards Geetanjali Chowk and look for our sign. The floor is old tile and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. It is an honest living, selling tablets and syrups to the neighborhood. We see the same faces every month for their regular refills. It feels like a part of the community here near Karamchari Bhavan and the surrounding blocks.
