Aaruti Feb

Up on the floor of the Signature building, in Chamber 10, you’ll find us at Aaruti Feb. We are right in Zone II of M.P Nagar, which is a pretty central spot to be. The office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and some samples we keep on the shelves. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of fabric rolls coming in, but we manage to keep a path clear. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and trying to figure out why a delivery is running late. That’s usually how the mornings go. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and it’s a good spot to watch the city move while having a quick lunch. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't some big corporation with a marketing department; it’s mostly just us handling everything from the billing to the shipping. Sometimes we get the orders mixed up if we aren't careful, so we’ve started writing everything down in a big ledger. It feels more reliable than just trusting the computer all the time. People stop by throughout the day, usually looking for someone else in the building, but we point them the right way. It’s just a normal office life for us here, nothing too exciting, but it keeps us busy from nine to five.
