We are right here in Shop No-1, just a short distance from Raja Bhoj Airport. Most of the time, the noise from the planes is just part of the background while we’re sorting through stock. Gandhi Nagar is a busy little pocket, and being at the start of the row means we see everyone coming and going. We started this trading business because there was a need for a reliable spot for local supplies. It’s not a big corporate setup. Most days it’s just us moving crates, checking the manifests, and making sure the inventory matches what we promised. The shop gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we find a way to fit it all. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. People stop by for a chat even if they don’t need anything that day. We keep a ledger for the regulars. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for deliveries, then a sudden rush where everyone wants something at once. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the road outside, and the ceiling fan hums all day. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a website that looks like a movie. It’s just a shop where we trade goods and try to keep things honest with the neighbors and the drivers who pass through. It works for us and the people who buy from us.
