Our little setup is at House Number 46 in the APR Colony, which is in the Katanga area of Jabalpur. It’s a quiet residential street, so we try not to make too much noise early in the morning. Being based in a house makes it feel a bit more personal than a big cold warehouse. We have different rooms for different parts of the job. One room is for the sewing machines, and another is just for storing the finished shirts and pants. Sometimes we use the living area to pack up the big boxes for shipping. Jabalpur has its own pace, and we definitely follow that. We don't rush around like crazy, but we don't sit idle either. We have a couple of people from the neighborhood who come in to help with the stitching. It’s a nice community vibe. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. The shelves are made of simple wood, and they are always stacked high with fabric. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back. It’s just a normal business doing normal things. We don't have any big corporate plans. We just want to keep making decent clothes for the people who buy from us. Katanga is a good place to be, and we are happy with our spot here in Jabalpur.
