You can find us over in Judge Bazar, right near the over bridge. Being close to the Ganga Bridge means there is always traffic and people moving around. It’s a noisy spot, but that’s just life in Ward No. 03. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack it full of whatever we’re selling that week. The shelves are a bit crowded and the floor is a little uneven in the back corner. We’ve been here for a good while, seeing people walk past every day on their way to work. It’s the kind of place where the tea stall next door knows exactly how we like our drink. We spend a lot of time counting stock and talking to the people who drop in. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just sit on the front step until it comes back. It isn't a high-tech operation. We use old ledgers and pens mostly. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows it’s us. We don't do much advertising because the location does the work for us. When the rain comes, we have to move the bags away from the door quickly. It’s just part of the daily grind. We like it here because it’s familiar and we know the neighborhood inside out. Every evening we sweep the front and lock up, ready to do it again tomorrow morning without any complaint.
