Rrp Hospital

Rrp Hospital is located in Glumber Buxar, right near the Kali Mandir. The temple is a major landmark, so we always tell people to look for that first. Being so close to the Mandir means there is always a lot of activity around us. There are flower sellers and people walking by at all hours. The hospital itself is a modest building. We have a few wards and some basic treatment rooms. It’s not a fancy place with private suites. We have general beds where people from the local villages stay. The staff here is very down-to-earth. We speak the local language and we know many of the families who come through our doors. In the summer, it gets very hot, so we keep the big industrial fans running. We have an old desk where we check people in. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and registers. We don’t use much technology, preferring to do things the way we’ve always done them. The nurses are hardworking and they know everyone’s name. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to use flashlights until the backup kicks in. It’s a rugged kind of life here in Buxar, but we are glad to be a part of it. We just have a place for people to come when they are sick.
