Rmdk Constech is run by the family here in Purahara, over in the Bhojpur district. Dharmendra Kumar Roy started it at his home, keeping things simple. We are located in a quiet village, so everyone knows who we are and what we do. We do not have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a practical business run out of a house where we grew up. We mostly focus on local construction work and technical jobs that come up around Bhojpur. The weather out here can be tough, but we manage to stay on schedule most of the time. We are not big on talking ourselves up. We just like to get the work done and go home to our families. A lot of our workers are from the same village, so we all look out for each other. It makes the work day go by a bit faster when you are working with friends. We keep our gear in the back and our documents in the front room. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but it works for us. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to keep things organized without making it too complicated. If you walk through Purahara, just ask for the Roy family and someone will point you to us. We have been here a long time and plan on staying. There is plenty of work to do around the district.
