Ratnarh Organic Producer Company Limited

Ratnarh Organic Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Tolapanch Ratnarh. We are located in the Agaion block of Bhojpur. Our operations run out of the house of Ravindra Kumar Singh. If you know the area, it’s a typical Bhojpur village where everyone knows everyone else. We started this producer company because we wanted to help the organic farmers around here get organized. It’s not easy doing everything alone, so we pooled our resources. Our address is basically just a house in the village, which serves as our main office and storage spot. We deal with organic produce, so we are always talking about things like compost and natural pest control. There’s no corporate gloss here; it’s mostly just farmers in dusty clothes talking about the next crop. We have meetings under the shade of the trees or on Ravindra’s porch. It’s a slow process sometimes, getting everything certified and making sure the quality is right, but we take it one day at a time. We aren't looking to become some massive conglomerate. We just want the people in Ratnarh and the rest of the Agaion block to have a fair shake at selling their organic goods. It’s about the community and the land we have been working on for generations. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
