Rajnandani Builders Private Limited

Rajnandani Builders Private Limited is run out of Koilwar, right here in Bhojpur. We stay at the house of Ram Sawrup Singh Yadav in Ward Number 8. If you know the area, it is quite close to the PWD office which everyone knows. We mostly handle building work around the local area. It is not some big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and figure out how to get things built. Sometimes things get a bit busy with the paperwork and the materials coming in, but that is how it goes. The weather here in Bihar can be tough on construction schedules, especially when the rain hits Koilwar hard. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. People around here know where to find us if they need help with a project. It is a family-run kind of thing, keeping it simple. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or brochures. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on sites nearby. Being in a place like At Po-Koilwar means everyone knows everyone. It makes the work feel more personal, I guess. We have been around for a while now, just doing what needs to be done. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the phone line acts up, but we stay put at this address. It’s just how we do things here in the neighborhood without making a big fuss about it.
