October Constructions Private Limited is easy to find if you are in Arrah. We are right above the Rajsri Hotel, which is a pretty well-known spot near the Judge Kothi area. The office is in Sabuja Devi’s house at Pakri Chowk. It gets really busy around here with all the traffic and people moving about in Bhojpur. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or out on different sites around the city. The noise from the street comes right into the office, but you get used to it after a few days. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, just handling construction jobs as they come in. Being near the hotel helps because people can just stop by when they’re in town. We don’t have any big corporate signs, just a simple setup where we can sit down and talk. The weather in Arrah gets pretty humid, so we try to get most of the heavy work done when it’s cooler. Our team isn't very large, just some local folks who know how to handle bricks and cement. We don't bother with fancy talk or anything like that. If someone needs a building put up or some repairs done in the 802301 area, they usually just walk in. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it works for us.
