We've been over at Valliammai Nagar for quite some time now. Our office is right here in Kolathur, at number 4. It really just started because there was so much to do regarding education and research in this specific part of Chennai. People often stop by just to ask what we are working on. We mostly spend our time helping students and looking into things that might actually help the local community. It isn't a big, fancy office with a lot of glass. It’s just a basic workspace where a few of us sit and try to get things done every single day. Sometimes it gets really busy, especially during the months when schools are starting up. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and organizing small sessions. The heat in Chennai can be pretty tough, but the fans in the office keep us going through the afternoon. We decided to stay in this United Colony area because it is quiet enough to actually get some work done, but it’s still close enough to the main roads. It isn't anything polished, just a foundation trying to keep the research moving. We handle different projects as they come to us. A lot of the time, it's just about being here when someone needs a bit of advice on their studies or their research. We don't have a massive team, just local people who know the neighborhood well. Most days are spent right here, just sorting through files.
