Our office is situated in Arrah, specifically on the west side of the Amirchand Kothi. We are operating out of Panch Kumari Pandey’s place in the Urban-2 area. Arrah is an old town with a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk around our neighborhood. The Amirchand Kothi is a big landmark, so we just tell people to head that way. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We have high ceilings and thick walls that keep the place relatively cool. There are always stacks of files everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital yet. We like the feel of paper anyway. The street outside is narrow and can get quite congested with rickshaws. We hear the bells and the shouting all day long. It’s a very lively part of town. Inside, it’s mostly quiet, except for the sound of the pen on paper. We don't have any fancy corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a regular house that serves as a consultancy office. We drink tea brought over from the local stall and handle whatever business comes our way. People stop by for advice or to check on their accounts. We treat everyone like a neighbor because, in a place like this, they usually are. It’s a very grounded and honest way to run a business. We don't use complicated language or try to sound bigger than we are. We just work here.
