It’s a regular house where we’ve set up shop to handle all the infratech work coming our way in Arrah. Bhojpur is a busy district and there is always something being built or repaired. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local logistics. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes the materials are late or the rain stops us for a few days, but we just pick up where we left off. We aren't really the type to use big words or have fancy presentations. If someone wants to know what we are doing, they usually just walk in and ask. The office is usually cluttered with notebooks and tea cups. We have a small team of local guys who know how to get things done. We focus on the practical side of building. Day after day, we just keep working. Arrah Urban-2 is where we spend most of our time. We like the community here. It feels like home because most of us have lived in Bihar our whole lives. We don't have a corporate ladder to climb. We just have projects to finish and families to go home to at the end of the day. It’s a straightforward life we’ve got going here in Maula Bagh, and we are quite okay with that.
