Our hospital is out in Bihiya, on the Kateya Road. We are specifically at Ram Kumari Devi’s place, which most of the locals can point out to you if you get lost. The name we use is Maa Mahthin Care And Cure Hospital Private Limited. It’s a long name, but most people just call us the hospital on Kateya Road. Being in a block like Bihiya means we are right in the middle of the community. The hospital is situated in a Village Tola, so it’s surrounded by houses and small shops. It’s a practical building, nothing fancy to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose for the people living around here. We have a few beds and some basic medical supplies. The road outside can get a bit crowded on market days, but otherwise, it’s a standard village setting. We started this place because people in the Bihiya block needed somewhere to go that wasn't miles away. It’s just us here, the staff and the patients. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for a hospital. We talk to the families and try to make them feel okay while they are here. It’s just a local hospital run by local people who know the area well. We’ve been here long enough that we feel part of the brickwork.
