Dlvy Nandan Realityinfra Privatelimited is based out of the Zero Mile area in Chandawa, which is over in the Bhojpur district. We are set up at Ekwana Bimala, right by the market. Ajay Kumar is usually around to help manage things. Being near Zero Mile means we are right in the middle of a lot of movement. There is always someone passing through the market, which keeps the area lively and a bit dusty too. We do a lot of reality and infrastructure work, mostly focusing on the land and buildings around this part of the country. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We have a simple office where we keep our files and meet with people from the neighborhood. Most of our day involves checking on different sites or talking to laborers about the next steps. Bhojpur has been growing quite a bit lately, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the landscape. We try to keep our work straightforward. No one here uses big corporate words because that’s not who we are. We are just local guys who understand the local ground. If you come by the market at Chandawa, you’ll find us easily enough. We usually have some tea and talk about whatever project is currently on the schedule. It is a busy life, but it keeps us connected to what is happening on the streets. We prefer working this way without any unnecessary complications.
