Athishaya Builders And Developers is a one-person company, or an OPC as they call it, based in Bhojpur. We are located on the ground floor in Kanaily. Bhojpur is the kind of place where everyone knows each other, and we try to keep that same feeling in how we work. Being in a smaller town means we don't have to deal with the same level of chaos as Patna, but it has its own challenges. Getting materials to Kanaily can sometimes be a bit of a headache depending on the state of the local roads. Our office is simple, just a place to keep the ledger and meet with people who are looking to build something on their land. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites across the district. There is a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do, but that is just the nature of construction. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. If someone wants to build a house or develop a small plot, we just sit down and talk about what can be done with the budget they have.
