Academic Global School

Academic Global School is located on the Buxar Sikraul Road, specifically in the Gajadhar Ganj area of Buxar. It’s a place that feels very much a part of the local community. The road out front sees a lot of tractors and local transport passing by throughout the day. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent school for the families around here. The building itself is nothing fancy, just some rooms and a small space for the kids to run around. In the summer, the heat in Buxar can be quite tough, so we make sure the rooms stay as cool as possible. The teachers usually live close by, so we often walk or take a rickshaw to get here. It’s a very relaxed environment, not like those big corporate schools in the cities. We talk to the parents at the gate almost every day. It’s how we keep in touch with what’s going on. The school day starts early to beat the worst of the sun. We have some old trees nearby that provide a bit of relief during the breaks. When the day ends, there’s a bit of a rush as the kids head back towards Gajadhar Ganj. We stay back for a bit to tidy up and plan for tomorrow. It’s a very honest way to earn a living. We just focus on the basics and keep things moving.
