Aapan Dairy India Private Limited

Aapan Dairy India Private Limited is based in the village of Sikariya, near the Tiar police station. We are located at number 01, Vill & P.O- Sikariya, which is in the Bhojpur (Arrah) district of Bihar. Life on the dairy farm starts early, usually around four or five in the morning. You have to be ready to work regardless of the weather. If it’s raining and the yard is muddy, the work still has to happen. We have our cows and the sheds where we keep everything organized. It is a lot of manual labor, from feeding the animals to cleaning out the stalls. We do not use any high-tech gadgets for most of it. It’s just us and the animals. The air in Sikariya is fresh, though it smells like a farm should. We spend most of our time out in the barn or in the small office area we have set up. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for the sounds of the cattle and the occasional tractor going by. Being in the Bhojpur district means we are surrounded by other farmers and people who understand this kind of life. It isn't a fancy corporate office with air conditioning. It’s a real working farm where we put in the hours every day. We just focus on the dairy and making sure everything runs smooth enough to get through the week.
