You can find us right on NH 1a in Dalli. Being on the highway means we get a lot of noise from the trucks zooming by at all hours. It’s a dusty place because of the road, so we are always wiping down the desks and the equipment. We work with agro supplies and it’s mostly just moving things from one spot to another. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, but other days everyone is running around trying to get things loaded up. The building has seen better days, the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it holds up. We have a yard where we keep the bigger items. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. The weather out here can be pretty harsh, either too hot or raining so hard the yard turns to mud. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the farmers get what they need when they stop by. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the highway noise. People know us as the place on the side of the road with all the sacks stacked up outside. It’s simple work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just stay open until the sun goes down and do it again tomorrow.
