Our office is in Charkhi Dadri, specifically at Ladhan Pana in Ward No. 15. It is quite a way out compared to the big cities like Gurgaon or Delhi. Joginder Singh is the name you will see on the records for this place. We handle space management, which basically means we look after properties and pieces of land in the Bhiwani area. It is a very different pace of life here in this part of Haryana. We do not have the high-rise buildings or the constant traffic jams. The office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet with local people who have questions about their property. We spend a fair amount of time out of the office too, visiting the different sites we manage. It is a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors. People here know each other, so it is more about those local relationships than just filling out forms all day. The building we are in is quite old and simple. We do not have any big neon signs or anything like that. Just a small board so people know they are at the right place. It gets quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the nearby fields. We just keep the files organized and try to make sure everything with the spaces we manage is sorted out properly. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough through the week.
