Our place is over in Ward 16, right on Loharu Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the vehicles heading out of town. The building is simple and we’ve tried to keep it organized over the years, though it’s a constant battle with the dust from the road. We handle a bit of everything here under the Sheoran name. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We don't have those big meetings where everyone sits around a long table. Usually, we just talk over what needs to be done while we’re standing in the doorway or moving boxes. It can get a bit loud when the heavy trucks go past, but we’re used to it by now. The office part is just a small room with a couple of chairs that have definitely seen some history. We don't put on any acts for people who come in. You get what you see. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We just keep the doors open and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s not a complicated life. We know most of the people who stop by by their first names. We just want to stay busy and keep the lights on without making a big fuss about things. It's just a regular local business.
