Out on the Bhawani Khera Hansi Road in Loharu, you’ll find us at Rs Flyash Bricks Udyog. We are situated right near the Neelam Bhatta, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Using flyash is a bit different from the traditional red bricks, and it took us a while to get the process exactly right. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. The road out front is usually busy with trucks and people traveling between the towns. We get a lot of wind across the flat land here, which helps clear the air but also blows the ash around if we aren't careful. We have a small team of workers who have been with us since the start. We aren't big on titles or anything like that; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Some days I'm in the small office area doing the numbers, and other days I'm out there helping with the stacking. The equipment we use is getting a bit old, but it still works fine if we keep it oiled. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see our bricks, you just walk out into the yard and look at the piles. It’s a practical business. We focus on getting the orders out on time so the builders aren't waiting on us. It’s a lot of work, but seeing the stacks go out on the trucks makes it feel worth it.
