Shree Shyam Enterprises

It is pretty loud here near the New Bus Stand on Rohtak Road. We start early most days because the buses are always coming and going. Shree Shyam Enterprises has been at this spot for a while now. Some days it gets really dusty with all the traffic passing by right outside our door. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit when things get a bit slow. Usually, people stop by while they are waiting for their ride. It is not a fancy setup, just some shelves and a desk where we do our paperwork. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. Most of our day is just handling orders and talking to people who walk in. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep a small fan running constantly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit. It is a simple way of making a living. My brother helps out when I need to go into the city for supplies. We know most of the drivers who park their buses across the street. They often come in to ask for directions or just to use the chair for a minute. That is just how it is here. Most evenings we close up when the street lights come on and the last few buses start pulling out.
