This is the Tosham branch of Reliance Securities Ltd., and we are situated right in Goyal Market. It’s a central spot in town, so it's easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their regular shopping. The office is tucked away among the other shops in the market. Inside, it’s mostly desks and computer screens showing the market numbers moving up and down. we don't have a lot of space, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here and the clients who drop by to check their accounts. It gets a bit loud outside during market days, with all the vendors and traffic. We mostly help people with their trading accounts or explain how the paperwork works for their investments. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a local branch where we know most of our regulars by name. We spend our day answering the phone and updating the files. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in so we can get back to the screens. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just sit across the desk and go through the forms together. It’s a regular nine-to-five kind of job. People come in, ask their questions, we do the work, and then we head home. That is how we keep things running here.
